We invest into proven business models alongside founders and other experienced investors in a partnership approach. We are funded by leading institutional investors including insurance companies, family offices and fund-of-funds. In addition, our investor base includes a network of 200+ high calibre individuals from the founder, corporate finance, investment and corporate community providing us with a unique network in our core region.
Our companies typically generate at least EUR 10 million of revenues with a technology-enabled superior business model, benefit from strong organic growth rates and a recurring revenue model as well as a strong base business with attractive unit economics. CGC can invest into influential minorities as well as majorities tailored to the requirements of the individual situation.
