This experience showed the value of having a CVC on the cap table, helping all the stakeholders achieve their goals. Upon exit to Edenred, Norbert Furnion joined Philippe as they saw an opportunity to combine innovation and venture within the Edenred ecosystem, setting up Edenred Ventures in 2012.
