Sectors. 

Bull City Venture Partners is primarily an investor in B2B software and tech-enabled businesses. The BCVP portfolio is fairly diversified, with clusters in cloud computing, eCommerce, fintech, logistics, and health tech. That said, we don’t back companies or even ideas- we back people. People who are uniquely qualified to build solutions for the world’s most acute problems. Here at BCVP, bolder is better and we can’t wait to learn about what you’re building.

Geography. 

We are proudly headquartered in Durham, NC which was affectionately nicknamed the Bull City in the 1800s. The location of our home base empowers panoptic coverage of the east coast where the majority of our investment activity takes place.

Stage. 

We are lead investors in Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A financings and are often times the first institutional investors for early-stage companies. On occasion, and when the opportunity is exceptional, we will invest in growth-stage businesses.
