About the role: As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring leads through the management of Aspire’s channel partners. This is an opportunity for driven business development, sales, or partnerships manager who has a unique blend of analytical and communication skills and has ownership and track record of achieving high output and goals. About the role: As Growth Marketing (Referrals) Lead, you will be a core part of Aspire’s growth marketing team and be responsible for driving growth metrics through Aspire’s referral channels. You will be reporting directly to Aspire’s Head of Growth Marketing, and be responsible for end-to-end growth on this channel, from acquisition to ensuring quality in terms of recurring user activity, and creating a churn prevention feedback loop. This is an opportunity for an experienced, growth-minded, and data-driven B2B marketer to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing B2B fintech in the region. You will be the primary point for the partners we work with and be responsible for strengthening our product value proposition through our rewards and cashback program. About the role: The Network Partnership Manager will be in charge of developing our regional network of financial partners, cultivating their relationships at all levels of the payments and financial services ecosystem, and driving end-to-end commercial negotiations. What will you be doing? • Lead network expansion with strategic payments and ecosystem partners • Identify and assess regional financial network partnership opportunities, making recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership team • Informing the product roadmap based on financial network health, innovation, and financial network partner needs • Driving thought leadership and innovation solutions with our financial network partners and bringing new innovations to market • Partner effectively with key leaders in Aspire, including our Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams • Work closely with Compliance to provide practical, day-to-day guidance to partners on a wide range of compliance matters related to payments and financial regulation, ensuring partners comply with regulatory policies • Continually optimize the APAC financial network to drive velocity, utilization, and operational excellence We would love to get to know you if you have the following: 5+ years of partnership experience working at or with financial institutions / banking partners. A proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, with significant internal and external dependencies, leading and driving cross-functional projects. A proven track record of partnering with external stakeholders to successfully identify and execute on growth opportunities. Deep executive relationships with key potential stakeholders/partners in the payment ecosystem (banks, payment methods, regulators, etc.) in the region. Ability to independently drive commercial negotiations to completion and identity blockers and potential tradeoffs.
