Full Time

Key Responsibilities: • Connect with the marketing training department, assist in the implementation of marketing activities in the region, and work with the sales manager to promote the sponsorship and exhibition of academic conferences in the region. • Collect the academic needs of regional customers and hold regional marketing activities in a targeted manner; combine or innovate the academic ideas and needs of regional customers with the existing projects of the marketing training department. • Conduct customer visits with sales managers and sales representatives, jointly formulate an annual center strategy based on the actual situation of the customer/center and allocate internal and external resources according to the strategic direction to meet customer needs. Bidding Specialist

Full Time

• In accordance with the company's bidding SOP process, under the leadership of the national commercial and bidding director, and under the business guidance of the bidding director, support the bidding work in various places, manage the bidding process, and maintain the bidding system; • Proactively cooperate with the bidding work of local bidding managers and commercial managers, provide timely and accurate information required by each bidding project according to their requirements, and coordinate with various departments to prepare complete bidding documents and application materials, and deliver them in person if necessary; • Assist each bidding manager and commercial manager to maintain online information, double-check online information and quotations; • Assist the bidding managers and business managers to organize the external bidding meetings, and the internal provincial and inter-departmental bidding team communication meetings; • Coordinate the relevant departments in the company, maintain and update the product information and the bidding qualification of JV factory in time, and summarize the bidding information; • Coordinate the bidding departments of all importers, provide and update product information in a timely manner, and regularly collect bid information summary tables of all importers; • Collect and summarize the weekly progress of each bidding project, bidding analysis table, winning bid price summary table, bidding forecast and new product schedule, and monthly bidding project progress report; • According to the new requirements, design a better report system and bidding materials for internal communication; • Update the manual of the Ministry of Commerce, the tender card, and the tender manual; • Calculate the bidding bonus of each bidding manager and commercial manager; • Organize and analyze the bid winning situation, do a good job in the management and archiving of information, understand the relevant industries, and the bid winning situation of competing products, and provide the company with a basis for decision-making; • Complete other matters related to bidding; • Cooperate and implement other tasks assigned by superiors;

[Douyin and short video platforms] • Upgrade annual content management strategy for the short video platforms: focus on Douyin as a leading platform. • Build Douyin AO content annual plan, enrich video content in our official account. Lead social agency to produce short video from idea, planning execution, and work out holistic content guidelines. • Generate project to drive more social engagement and social buzz. Review content performance and optimize ongoing execution and content creatives. Work with the CI team to monitor and generate social buzz based on engagement on social platforms. 8.requirements Industry experiences: Progressive experience in the Mum & baby business is preferred Position experiences: 5+ years experience in digital marketing, experienced in Wechat account creation, operation preferred. Experience in mom & baby related category experience preferred. Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing) Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel & PPT excellency Mobility: Domestic travel Certificate Required: Bachelor’s Degree and above in business, marketing or digital, communication preferred. Other Special requirements: Fast learner, proactive working attitude, and strong project management experience. Proven ability to work with social agencies and generating excellent work. Competencies We are looking for somebody who has strong motivation and enthusiasm for social/digital communications.
