Digital and Social Media Specialist

Full Time

As a Digital and Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Digital and Social Media strategy as well as our set of clients' social media strategy. You will be working closely with our PR team(s) as well as clients' Communication and Marketing departments. Responsibilities • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for both Engage SEA and a set of assigned clients • Define most important social media KPIs • Manage and oversee social media content for Engage SEA and a set of assigned clients • Measure the success of every social media campaign • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies • Use social media marketing tools such as sprout social, social bakers. Simple visual composition and editing using tools such Canva • Work with PR team(s) to ensure content is informative, appealing and in-line with comms stratragies put in place for both Engage SEA and a set of assigned clients • Monitor audience engagement and suggest content optimization • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network for Engage SEA and a set of assigned clients • Manage and grow a set of assigned clients Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research • Good understanding of social media KPIs • Familiarity with web design and publishing • Excellent multitasking skills • Great client management skills • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication
