Leading and managing the overall performance of the Rider Servicesdepartment mainly Taiwan and Hong Kong team by providing support throughcoaching and guiding Team Leaders in achieving departmental goals. Workingclosely with Local Teams from respective countries to continuously align andimprove processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.Responsibilities include working with the Local Team and SOP team todiscuss new SOP and to ensure alignment with the department prior tolaunch. Providing input and feedback on all current and new systems andtools for improvements for a better experience within the department andtowards riders.Other tasks also include attending performance review updates from BPO andanalyzing data from Tableau and updating Local Teams on department’sperformance review which includes action plans on further improvement andother ad-hoc tasks that are delegated by the management.
