We are looking for an outcomes-oriented Business Development Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us tackle this massive SaaS market opportunity and achieve significant revenue targets. With the company positioned for rapid growth, with product and geographic market expansion planned for 2021, we are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join the team About the role We are looking for a talented, energetic, positive and competitive self-starter. A SaaS Software Salesperson, who thrives on new sales and wishes to join a fast-growing company with uncapped commission structure. You will be responsible for acquiring new business by engaging prospective customers, assessing their needs, and positioning Knosys’ solutions. To succeed in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. You have a demonstrable track record of successful contract negotiations, are a strong hunter and prospector, a business advisor to your customers, a tireless worker, and are always focused on achieving your goals! You thrive independently but understand the value of “team”. Who you are A dynamic, high-performing sales professional with experience acquiring new customers 3+ years of software sales experience, preferably SaaS-based solutions Previous experience in cloud-based intranet or knowledge management a bonus Ability to build strong connections via phone and virtual meeting technologies without in-person interaction Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment and/or a passion for a start-up career experience Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas for revenue Essential Job Functions Computer literacy is a must With good administrative, planning and implementation skills Fluency in English with good English writing skills is a must Generate new business by competitively positioning our SaaS solutions Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements Maintain a high level of industry knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects Develop presentations and proposals that communicate the value of our products in alignment with each unique prospect’s needs and objectives Experience building and managing a pipeline through Hubspot, provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in Hubspot What you’ll Earn Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Job Location: Singapore Employee Status: Full Time Employee Shift: Day Job What Knosys provides you Knosys provides a fun, flexible and inclusive work environment.
