Key Responsibilities: Maintain, update and monitor students’ schedules Coordinate schedules with students, parents and teachers Handling basic office duties- answering phone, greeting visitors Provide administrative support to maintain client and employee records Ensuring office is well maintained, organised and secure We are looking an individual with the following skills to join our music and art family! Required skills: Minimum N/O Level Experience with Microsoft Office Able to work during weekends Able to work independently and/or team setting Able to liaise with mandarin Speaking customers Able/ interested to develop their interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Experience in administration will be a plus point, but feel free to contact us and we can have a chat!
