About the role As a Product Manager of StaffAny, you have the unique opportunity to be on the driving seat to directly shape and define the future of hourly work. There are a million potential opportunities and directions we can pursue to impact the future of hourly work, and it’ll be up to you to work out what we are going to work on and why, and collaborate with your pod to figure out how to get there. For the Innovation specialization, you’ll be the go-to person for launching new product lines. With your entrepreneurial spirit and pragmatic approach, you’ll quickly develop a deep knowledge of the market landscape, uncover and size areas of opportunity grounded by a deep understanding of our users and customers, develop our product strategy, and drive the product from concept to reality. As an innovation leader, you will be expected to be well-versed in customer development skills (building problem statements from customer interviews, partnering with design and research), have a strong sense of what makes good product positioning and what is a good problem / solution fit, and you are willing to spend the time necessary to keep up with the competitive landscape in the problem areas that you oversee to help drive the product vision and strategy. Senior Product Manager, Growth

About the role As a Product Manager of StaffAny, you have the unique opportunity to be on the driving seat to directly shape and define the future of hourly work. There are a million potential opportunities and directions we can pursue to impact the future of hourly work, and it’ll be up to you to work out what we are going to work on and why, and collaborate with your team to figure out how to get there. For the Growth specialization, you’ll be the go-to person for growth initiatives across the team, from Acquisition, Activation to Monetization. You will lead the team that owns the entire new customer and new user journey across every platform (web and mobile), from landing on staffany.com through sign-up, onboarding and the entire first month experience to conversion. In Acquisition, you will be the evangelist for all new Acquisition initiatives. You should be able to synthesize user needs with SEO concepts (with a principled understanding of what drives organic search success) to build delightful products that help the team hit our new user sign-up goals. You might also be collaborating with product leaders to strategize, and instrument, and execute on growth loops. In Activation, you will be expected to help new users and teams that start using StaffAny successfully get off the ground and stay retained, with a primary focus on lower-ACV self-service businesses. In Monetization, you will be expected to drive a step-function increase in the rate new teams and new users eventually convert and pay on StaffAny. You will also be responsible for iterating on growth infrastructure, like iterating on our current billing system to support world class customer experiences. About the role The Finance and Strategy Lead is responsible for implementing financial processes and systems as well as internal strategy projects as StaffAny continues to grow. You are our first finance related hire, and are someone aspiring to be a CFO as part of your career plans. You should have some degree of accounting experience, but is someone keen on applying that knowledge in real time to transform business strategy. You are keen on this journey, because you want to set the foundation and be a key member for a potentially large fundraise of at least $10m in the next 24 months. This team member should have success developing robust financial reporting processes, financial controls and insightful KPI dashboards necessary for a fast-moving leading software/SaaS company. He/She will be responsible for preparing the quarterly board meetings, and will have direct interaction with other leaders across the StaffAny team. He or she should have internal strategy competency to lead internal transformation. In addition to leading the finance organization, this member has a passion for how the finance function can transform the strategy, accountability and operations of the Company as a whole.
