Job: IT Project Manager Responsibilities: • Identify and document business cases, requirements and scope, then manage the entire solution planning cycle • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge requirements with customer’s goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation • Formulate and document project requirements • Guide a project through all phases, ensuring processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated • Identify, assign, track, escalate and resolve issues • Hold resources accountable for deliverables being on time Requirements: • English, Hindi, Mandarin, Thai, or any other local language for the region • At least 3-4 years of experience • nice to have experience in finance sector • Ability to work with business and product documentation in IT products • Experience working with customer in a business environment • Skilled in maintaining business relations • Broad understanding of technology including digital payment systems is desirable • Basic understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and time tracking • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Time management and prioritization skills • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Permanent.
