Project Lead Manager Job Scopes: Allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staffs, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Assisting the organisation in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives. Possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. Account for all business activities from support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationship with clients, enhance the organization’s image and meet overall growth objectives. Daily/ Monthly Responsibilities: - Overseeing daily business operations - Developing implementing growth strategies - Training low-level manager and staff - Creating and managing budgets - Improving revenue - Hiring employees - Evaluation performance and productivity - Analysing accounting and financial data - Researching and identifying growth opportunities - Generating reports and giving presentations. * Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets * Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels * Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support * Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads * Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly * Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects * Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility * Ensure resource availability and allocation * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques * Report and escalate to management as needed * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders * Perform risk management to minimize project risks * Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation * Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project * Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels * Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals * Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis * Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members * Use and continually develop leadership skills * Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency * Perform other related duties as assigned * Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Skills and Qualifications: - Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management - Good Knowledge of different business functions - Strong Leadership Qualities. - Excellent communication skills - Highly organised - Strong work ethic - Good interpersonal skills - Meticulous attention to detail computer literate - Proactive nature * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns * Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills * Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity * Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools * Proven working experience in project management * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree a plus * Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy * Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms * Willingness and ability to travel * Established press and media contacts * Developing and Tracking Budgets * Coaching * Supervision * Staffing * Project Management * Management * Process Improvement * Planning * Performance Management * Verbal Communication
