We are currently looking for Business Development Executives (BDE) with the following JD. Job Title: Business Development Executive Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred. Experience: 1-2 years CTC: Rupees 1.8 to 2.4 LPA + Incentives Skills Required:  Customer service  Being confident and positive  Being highly focused  Being creative and adaptable  Negotiating  Communication  Customer service  Being commercially aware  Being resilient, willing and diligent  Information technology  Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques  Fast learner and passion for sales  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach  Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Job Description  Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs  Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media  Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns  Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services  Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data  Following up on business leads and referrals  Travelling to various client locations  Meeting sales targets  Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections  Develop sales strategies  Collaborate with team members to achieve better results  Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
