1981-2004

We launched the first foreign institutional venture capital fund in China, making transformational investments in manufacturing, logistics, food and beverage, and information technology. Over 25 years, we established and managed five private equity funds and invested US$500 million in more than 60 companies in Greater China, representing key parts of China’s core economic growth engine.

2004-Present

In 2004, ChinaVest expanded its business into merchant banking, providing a broad set of financial and strategic advisory services, research, and support for multinational and mid-sized companies in various stages of development in China.
