Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Customer Service Representative Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support.

Administrative Assistant

Full Time

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Greet and assist visitors. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Administrative Assistant Requirements: Associate’s Degree in related field. Prior administrative experience. Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Attention to detail. Multilingual may be preferred or required. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
