2. Sales and Marketing Head

Full Time

Roles and responsibility Sales and marketing head: • Achieve growth and meet weekly and monthly targets by successfully managing the sales team. • Conducting meeting with leads generated by the Sales Manager. • Explaining the product to the lead and strive hard to convince the lead and bring them to closing table. • Direct reporting to the country head and achieving the targets set by Country Head. • Identify emerging markets in order to sell Joint venture License andor have Alliance and or to enter into Consortium Agreement. • Responsible for the Team targets. Location: Remote location Qualification: Bachelor degree or Master degree in the stream of (Marketing, Business Administration, Sales specialization) Skills Required: • Good communication skills and time-management skills. • Great interpersonal and communication skills. • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Committed to continuous upgrading knowledge about the products through workshops, seminars and conference. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Strong business sense and industry expertise. Roles and responsibilitySales Manager: • Achieve growth and meet weekly and monthly targets by successfully managing the sales team • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Identify emerging markets in order to sell Joint venture License andor have Alliance and or to enter into Consortium Agreement.
