ABOUT SMARTRETAIL SmartRetail is an exciting and established automated retail solution & interactive marketing platform deployed in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. We have developed our own proprietary platform, together with artificial intelligence technology to raise the bar of traditional retail solutions to enhance customer experience, drive engagement and improve profitability. Our business aims at disrupting the traditional retail business by creating a powerful IoT platform of smart automated retail machines, that also act as an interactive marketing platform with the use of artificial intelligence and big data. We have been experiencing exponential growth for the past few years. We have strong support from our investors having raised multiple rounds of funding, and we have plans for our series C funding very soon. We are a young, fun and entrepreneurial team with big dreams. COME & JOIN US! YOUR ROLE Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable function. Prepare payment and cheque. Work closely with inter-departments to ensure all documents are properly collated for timely submission and assist on finance related queries. Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation activities. Assist to prepare financial and other management reports. Assist to prepare for year-end accounting audit & reports for company auditors. Assist in office administrative duties. Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Possesses at least a Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience in the Xero system will be an added advantage. Knowledge of full set accounts is an advantage. A good team player and able to take ownership of tasks assigned. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
