Frederick is a contextual, analytical, and highly disciplined sale & business development professional. He has been serving a wide range of corporate clients’ categories from financial services, manufacturing, retails to public sectors in both direct and channel sale models in the region. In his 13 years’ working, he has track-records in helping business to grow and thrive.

As a business developer, he has been applying multiple prospecting techniques like Basho, Social Selling, Lead Scoring Prioritization to reach out corporate contacts. In many cases, C-level has responded and initiated top-down conversation within organization. He has also initiated cross-functional broad market approaches to generate new interests like Association Collaboration, Public Workshop, and Seminars. These initiatives have created new sale opportunities for the territory.
As a business professional, he has been applying both consultative and solution selling methodology to build a long-term relationship and solve customer problems. In his career, he has been helping corporates resolving from IT-centric issues to business-centric problems. He built a trusted relationship among internal and external stakeholders by mapping between technological development and business outcomes.
As a leader, Frederick has also been curious on learning individual capability and capacity. He loves to conduct coaching sessions to identify strengths in each team member and design personalized progressive goals to stretch their performance. Over years, his team has grown from a young service team to a capable delivery team.
In a service organization, Frederick has been actively participating in the strategic discussion to build service capabilities road map. He has a passion for developing new service capabilities and technological partnership to meet market demands. To realize service opportunity, he adjusts the plan to balance between business achievable outcomes and stakeholders’ expectation.
