Head of Sales and Marketing

Full Time

The Head for Sales and Marketing wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Head for Sales and Marketing is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Head of Sales and Marketing represents the entire range of InstaProtection products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market. The Head for Sales and Marketing reports to the Regional Head of Sales & Marketing of InstaProtection. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Be responsible for leading and driving the Sales & Marketing Division to achieve all revenue and profitability targets set by the Company and increasing the business turnover yearly. • Define and execute the yearly sales and marketing plan / calendar / priorities, identify gaps based on a sound understanding of company business and propose to Regional Head. • Strong leadership to lead and coordinate with all stake holders (regional team, markets and external parties) • Plan and implement the marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results. • Develop and maintain a constant corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channel. • Be responsible for setting and ensuring Sales & Marketing Personnel achieve their revenue and profitability targets set by the Company. • Be responsible for formulating growth strategies for business expansion with the existing and new potential partners of the Company. • Be responsible for expanding the business growth strategies formulated for existing and new potential partners. • Continue building existing relationships with distributors, master dealers and retailers. • Assign existing partners and/or territory to and ensure individual Sales and Marketing Manager expand the business with the growth strategies formulated. • Hold monthly and quarterly business review with distributors • Hold weekly and monthly Sales and Marketing review • Source, identify, develop and maintain business relationships with new partners, suppliers and vendors. • Formulate marketing tools and strategies to achieve territory growth and business expansion. • Analyse market trends, monitor competitors’ strategies and directions and recommend counter strategies to the Company. • Acquire and develop profitable product lines and build professional relationships with partners, suppliers and vendors. • Provide, analyse and compare monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit forecast with actual result achieved by individual product lines. Based on the report, provide sales performance report and market insights to the company. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reports in a timely manner. Prepare financial statements of the annual budget and long terms business plans. • Develop business plans, marketing strategies and financial budgets for the Company. • Direct and review business unit’s performance against the KPIs of the Company. • Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Company. • Oversee Sales & Marketing functions as well as the day to day operations of the business with the respective business units. • Carry out strategic and tactical business development planning. • Recruit, develop and retain excellent Sales & Marketing staff and implement a succession plan that addresses career progression needs. • Participate in business management discussions and decisions. JOB REQUIREMENT • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field • At least 8 years of working experience • Proven track records in sales and marketing • Strong leadership, team management skill and ability to motivate the team • Excellent interpersonal skill

Senior Marketing Executive

Full Time

Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic Marketing plans for Superfunds Venture in order to attract potential customers (i.e. channel partners) and retain existing ones. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with the directors to develop strategic sales and marketing plans • Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns • Support Head of Sales and Marketing Manager in delivering agreed activities • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts • Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions • Source and secure sponsorship • Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials • Maintain and update customer databases • Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. • Formulate marketing tools and strategies to achieve territory growth and business expansion. • Analyse market trends, monitor competitors’ strategies and directions and recommend counter strategies to the Company. • Manage operational functions with Operations team to ensure marketing projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. • Other ad-hoc duties when required by the Management JOB REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 4 years of relevant experience • Some levels of experience and proven success in negotiating for sponsorship deals would be advantage • Strong written and communication skills in English • An independent worker who works well in a cross-functional team environment • Confident, resourceful and works well under pressure • Ability to resolve conflicts and stay focused on achieving the targets • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, web analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, App Ranking performance) • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and exploring new ways to engage new channels to reach our target audience. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a bonus)

IT Support Enginner

Full Time

An IT Support Engineer monitors and maintains computer systems, networks, Apps and website. The role of the IT Engineer usually depends on the organization's network configuration and needs. It is a part of their job to identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications. Key Responsibilities: • Configure, install, and maintain the Personal Computers and their associated software and peripherals as established and governed by Enterprise IT architecture and policy • Provides desktop, basic application, and telecommunication support • Participates in centralized support model for IT applications and systems to ensure timely, reliable, cost effective service to our employees and customers • Ensures availability and continuity of LAN, PCs, Servers, Telephony, and related systems • Creates system documentation and best practices in close collaboration with other team members locally / region • Leverage support coordination with business leadership on requirement and render professional services with best effort/approach • Design, develop and debug mobile applications and website • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs and improve application performance Specialized Knowledge and Skills: • A diploma / degree in a computer science or Information Technologies field is preferred • 1-3 years practical experience with configuring, installing, and supporting PC hardware • Technical certification in PC and/or network support technologies • Possess ITIL certification or knowledge will be an added advantage • Good knowledge on PABX, Servers, Network equipment, HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Experienced in mobile app development for smart systems • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites 2016 • ERP systems knowledge and Project Management will be a plus but not mandatory • Willing to learn and possess positive working attitude • Sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
