Job Description Responsible for the overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability. Administer all site works, including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with. Preparation of tender documents, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding construction and procurement contracts. Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client. Job requirements Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Building / Interior / Engineering or related field is preferred Minimum 5 years project management experience in ID environment, with the ability to interpret technical drawings is an advantage Knowledge of quantity surveying and contract administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to liaise with people from all levels Responsible team player with high level of integrity, self-motivated and results-oriented Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad and Project Management Software Must be able to work under pressure and long hours to meet deadlines Proficient in English and Mandarin, or any other regional / international languages is an advantage (in order to liaise with the English, Mandarin & multi-lingual speaking associates).
