• Managing the daily operation of the club lounge
• Training, Coaching and Counselling of the team
• Carry out daily briefing with team
• Managing staff schedule and payroll
• Maintain quality of product for The Club Lounge set up as per standards
• Health Safety and Hygiene Checklists
• Responsible for checking associates grooming
• Working in collaboration with Front Office Team, housekeeping Team, Guest Services, Concierge Team to ensure and deliver a high quality service to all the top VIP in house Guests, Longue staying guests, ambassador, Gold and platinum guests
• Update the database guest preferences
• Personally inspect rooms and suites for VIP and Club guests to ensure delivery of special amenities, special requests, and personalized messages
• Welcome the guest upon check in
• Maintain a follow up with the guest during their stay, make them feel WOW and enhance the level of service
