Partnership and Business Development Manager

JivoChat is a SaaS company focused on helping businesses turn website visitors into paying customers. Founded in 2012, JivoChat is now one of the biggest live chat solutions installed on almost 300 000 websites. We're looking to grow our business in India by adding a self-motivated, hardworking and creative Partnership and Business Development Manager. You will manage and recruit partners that will refer JivoChat to their clients and generate leads, work on integrations with website builders and ecommerce platforms and look for other partnership opportunities that will help us get more clients on the Indian market. What You’ll Do: -Outreach to prospective partners (marketing agencies, web developers), schedule calls, present JivoChat partner program and explain the benefits of partnering with us -Look for integration opportunities with popular ecommerce platforms and website builders. -Own and develop relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations -Follow up and engage with existing partners, work together on finding ways to increase the number of JivoChat sign-ups and paid customers coming from the partner. -Identify and pursue other businesses development opportunities on the Indian market - Execute hands-on day to day work (web meetings, calls, emails, follow-up) to establish partnerships & develop strong partner momentum - Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners, making JivoChat a favored company with which to partner Requirements: - Fluent in verbal and written English - Experience in SaaS or Digital marketing environment - Superb communication, presentation and time management skills - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty - Extroverted personality; comfortable at a party where you know no one - You should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and constant hunger to chase and close new businesses through partners. - Highly positive attitude with persistence in addressing challenges What we offer - Fully remote work with lots of independence - A chance to work in an actively growing international company that still has the start-up spirit - A competitive salary based on your performance - Endless opportunities to grow - Yearly team retreat
