The Programme inculcates values, habits, competencies and skills in children, particularly social emotional learning (SEL). There is a high social impact cause as we work to help the underachieving students; providing them the prerequisite skills for success (attitudinal and study skills). Our programme has shown to be also helpful to the underprivileged community to level up and break the poverty cycle.

PAWER’s achievement motivation and study skills training programme was proven effective in an action research done as a theses submission for the MA (Educational Management) programme at NIE / NTU (http://pawer.com.sg/site/teaching-methods-delivery-methodology/). The incorporation of the EQ elements in the other mainstream tuition subjects has achieved some major successes in improving students’ academic performance.
