Our reputable Law Firm was established in 1999 by our Founder Mr Charan Singh, who is a Senior Lawyer who graduated from NUS. We handle a variety of cases ranging from Family Law, Criminal Law to Civil Litigation.
Our focus is advising clients on the negotiations and drafting of their contracts and agreements while also advising clients on negotiating business or contract disputes with a view to a positive result for the client. We also handle Arbitration, Mediation and Court Litigation matters if the matter cannot be settled and goes to Court.
