Fraxtor’s co-investment model aims to make real estate investment more accessible by allowing investors to invest in big-ticket real estate deals with a smaller capital outlay of between $10,000 to $50,000. The Fraxtor platform incorporates Blockchain technology to issue digital securities to its investors, allowing for a more secure and expeditious transaction process.
