Mclink Asia Pte Ltd, incorporated in 2002, has grown from a photocopier service provider to a service solution provider specialize on Copier Solutions, ERP Solution and IT Solution that helps organizations create, organize and share their information in a structured process that optimize effective business decisions.

Accounting and Financial Analyst

Full Time

Job Description: * Regular feedback and meeting with the management to update account servicing and client management * Manage the monthly billing process including preparing invoices, following up on overdue payments, generating aging reports, sending reminders and issuing statements of Accounts * Verify, prepare and process payment to suppliers * Check and verify the sales report with the sales department and process sales commission * Perform monthly bank reconciliation and follow-up on the discrepancy * Prepare management, budgeting and other required reports * Bookkeeping * Handling all company Tax and all the employee's payroll, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF * Timely generation of invoices and statement of Accounts to clients * Inventory, Admin and Procurement Control * Obtain quotes from supplier, prepare purchasing orders for new machines, spare parts and consumables * Check, receive and store new and returned machines, spare parts and consumables * Update and maintain the records on stock levels and prepare reports of adjustment to inventories * Prepare and issue Delivery Order and co-ordinate with the Customer Service department on delivery date/time * Timely submission of documents to relevant parties * Coordinate HR recruitment and admin issues with HR director * Review, analyze, recommend improvements, and assist with accounting, payroll and implementation of operational changes to improve accuracy, efficiency, internal contro;, timeliness Job Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountacy/Banking or equivalent * At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required

Job Descriptions: * Oversee the IT infrastructure support and operations for the supported business units * Responsible for driving project initiatives * Ensure proper process and documentation in place for server/network administration and computer room operations * Manage and enhance proactively quality and efficiency of the IT server/network infrastructure * Manage vendors for hardware/software acquisition and outsourced IT services/projects and monitor performance to ensure the committed SLA is achieved * Provide management updates on project progress. change requests, risks and issues where appropriate, manage end to end activities and phases of full project cycle. Job Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent * Minimum 5 years working experience in process control automation * Expert knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (such as TCP/IP, ARP,ICMP,MRP,etc) and OPC interface (such as OPCDA, OPCHAD, OPCAE) * Quick learner, attention to details and passion for computer network security * Possess industry professional certification such as CISSP, CISA will be an added advantage
