Managing Partner

Full Time

We’re looking to hire a highly motivated individual that can take our outstanding programme to new heights and help establish EthAum Venture Partners as the go-to accelerator for Deep Tech start-ups, investors and corporates. With both strategic and operational responsibilities, you will be responsible for setting up EthAum Venture Partners operations in Singapore and eventually developing relationships that can lead to expanding our programme to new hubs. The Role This is a challenging role that is only suitable for candidates that are already well-connected in Singapore’s Venture Capital and start-up ecosystem and truly interested in becoming part of a growing global accelerator. You will be working in an environment that is dynamic and fast-paced. We promise you will never have a dull moment. You will have to be results-driven and resourceful. Responsibilities 1. Launching EthAum Venture Partners Deep Tech in Singapore 2. Helping find, hire and transmit the values of the programme to other members of the team 3. Refining the inbound and outbound accelerator programmes 4. Developing relationships with the emerging technologies and start-up ecosystem, including the investment community 5. Signing up new corporate partners and continue to build strategic value propositions 6. Identifying early-stage Deep Tech start-ups and participating in the selection process 7. Managing external suppliers and contractors that will deliver or key parts of the programme 8. Expanding and managing the network of mentors and ensure they are providing value to the start-ups and feel valued themselves 9. Allocating, tracking and reporting the use of resources and their impact 10. Organising key high-profile ecosystem events that can showcase EthAum Venture Partners and our start-ups 11. Progressing open opportunities to establish EthAum Venture Partner’s new hubs and developing new ones Skills, qualifications and experience required Undergraduate degree in Engineering and Masters You will have demonstrable experience in: 1. Launching new products/services and achieving growth 2. Planning and managing P&L responsibility 3. Working with technology stakeholders 4. Generating and closing corporate client leads and managing and closing complex sales-cycles You also: 1. Have an extensive network in tech, investment and business in Singapore and other Asian countries 2. Understand key enabling technologies and the compelling reasons for integrating them into business 3. Experience with Slack, Telegram, Zoom, WebEx etc 4. Expertise in term sheets, negotiations and fundraising with investors 5. Work experience in different countries and continents 6. Work experience in launching and deploying IOT or AI/ ML or Predictive Analytics solutions 7. 10+ years of experience with Marketing and or Business Development 8. Experience with starting, growing, funding and mentoring startups Desirable Fluent in English and second Asian language (Hindi, Mandarin, Bahasa)
