About Micepad
Micepad is Asia's leading audience engagement platform for conferences and events. Our platform enables conference attendees to collaborate and connect with one another through real-time modules such as Q&A, Polls, Quizzes and Live Slides.
Since 2011, we have served a broad range of clients from government organizations to well-known MNCs across Asia. Over 30,000 participants have used Micepad and our surveyed satisfaction rate is at 96%.
We are looking to expand and create more exciting apps for our clientele and we need passionate people to join and contribute in making conferences more fun and engaging.

Job Positions

Sales and Operations Executive

Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities • Assist and manage in event & logistic planning, operation, coordination and execution (on-site support) • Pre-event preparation including on-site inspection and ensure smooth execution and operation on-site during events • Assist and work with sales team closely in IT solution content management • Being responsible for events on hand from start to end • Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery during event, and post-event reporting and follow up for customers. • Work closely with Sales Manager to forecast event activities arrangement • Extremely organized and bring high level of attention to details and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and able to multitask • Work closely across department for product feedback. • Be comfortable to travel for work when required Requirements • Trustworthy, responsible, meticulous and problem solver • Good planning and organizing skills to priorities workload, manage deadlines and work well under pressure • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Able to work with IT solutions, tech/digital savvy and comfortable with hands on environment • Able to take “common-sense” initiative, self-driven and highly motivated • Good with people and client management • Effective crisis management • Only shortlisted candidate will be notified • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field • Required skill(s): Photoshop, Microsoft Office Benefit • Casual wear and close to MRT • Performance bonus for outstanding performance • Fun, fast pace and challenging environment

Enterprise Sales Executive

Full Time

We are looking for a driven, disciplined, customer-focused sales and account management professional with a proven track record of achievement in high-energy sales environments. Key responsibilities * A confident communicator that is able to identify new business opportunities * Develop and implement effective communication and strategies to drive sales, build and manage durable customer relationships * Demo product capabilities via web and in person * Prospect / prioritise resources on opportunities * Extremely organised and bring high level of attention to details and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and able to multitask * Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products nurture and expand the company’s relationship with top priority accounts, partners and decision makers * Work closely across department for potential market trend and product feedback * Work closely with Sales Manager to forecast sales activities, pipeline building strategies, and revenue tracking in CRM systems * Willing to go extra miles for career progression and expected to exceed quota * Be comfortable to travel for work when required Requirements * Minimum of 1 year of experience in enterprise/ B2B sales * Experience in IT solutions / enterprise solution would be added value * Proven results in sales / acquisition * Dare to take challenges * Good organization and management skills to priorities workload, manage deadlines and work well under pressure * Self-driven, highly motivated and aggressive * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Excellent command of written and spoken English * Excellent attention to detail, fast learner and goal orientated Benefits * Casual office environment * Vibrant work culture, young and energetic team * Performance-based remuneration package
