Our motto “Positivity always! Progress over Perfection!” is embodied in our brand, classes’ design, and personified by our instructors. We believe that “Being Fit” does not happen overnight, it’s involves us changing our mindset and committing to a continuous journey. All of us can embark on our individual fitness journey by taking the 1st and biggest step across our mindset and commitment hurdle, and as they say – the rest is a piece of cake – one small bite at a time, together. Yes, you are not alone – our instructors are committed to work with you to Stay Positive with Steady Progress throughout your journey.
The Accelerate DFW Foundation launches entrepreneurs by connecting them connected to what they need and helping them fill the gaps in their business. We support startups at IDEA Works, our mixed industry business incubator where entrepreneurs set the pace and we provide structure and accountability. We also operate Startup Bootcamps, which are hands-on workshops with respected doers designed for entrepreneurs to walk out with an actionable plan they can immediately implement. Finally, we provide a storytelling platform for startups and help inform the larger community about what they're up to.
For fun we also collaborate with other like-minded organizations to put on events like Startup Weekend, Startup Crawl FW, Global Entrepreneurship Week, and others that bring entrepreneurs together.
Our Balance Centre programmes are designed to help you go from surviving to thriving! We love seeing people make lasting changes in their relationships, physical health, finances, emotional and mental health.
