Meca Employers Consulting Agency (MECA) is a boutique Industrial Relations (Headquarters in Petaling Jaya) consulting firm established since year 1996. MECA has emphasised the high quality of legal advisory and training services in Industrial Relation throughout its more than 20 year history.
We have spread our wings to the Southern and Northern Region in 2015 and 2016 respectively assisting more than 1000 employees in their IR matters. MECA works closely with the Ministry of Human Resource and other employer related associations in Malaysia to provide timely updates on any governmental announcements to all its members.
Messrs Dharmen Sivalingam & Partners is a sister law firm of MECA. It handles only industrial dispute at the Industrial Court and Appellate Courts on behalf of employers.
