JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced marketing leader who believes in the power of digital disruption and loves using technology to solve complex customer-related problems. Your job is all about GROWTH - firstly for Ematic as a growth-stack builder business and secondly for our Clients in how to best use our services to create meaningful business impacts. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of a Client (preferably in a B2C business) and a mindset of a consultant in order to advise our clients on their marketing strategies. This role will be working closely with the Regional Marketing team. ABOUT US Ematic Solutions is part of Ematic Group. Ematic Solutions was created 7 years ago, initially revolving around transforming email marketing into an ROI machine. Since then, the group has been expanding to address the broader need of any online actor. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred; • Experienced in a digital marketing/ CRM/ E-commerce Management role in an online-focused B2B/B2C business. Having foundational knowledge in growth hacking methodology and marketing automation. • Expertise in digital marketing tactics and tools. • Interest in all aspects of modern marketing, from brand strategy, product offerings to marketing performance and customer retention. • A great marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for data. RESPONSIBILITIES • Be the go-to person for all marketing initiatives to raise awareness of Ematic in the marketing community of your respective market. This includes but is not limited to, becoming the face of Ematic to speak at local/ regional conferences or industry events and organizing lead-generation activities to help Sales with prospective clients. • Attend required training/ industry seminars and work closely with other functions, including Sales, Growth, Customer Success, Operations, and Solution Engineering to understand our products, solutions, and services. Be updated with new trends and players in the martech industry globally and regionally. • Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations. This includes learning about the Client's industry and pain points, structure problems into frameworks where Ematic's tools and services can maximize its values.

Business Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development personnel (or we call it a Sales Hunter) to contribute to the growth of our company. You will be the ambassador of Ematic as you are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. Ematic Solutions - Website | Ematic Solutions - Linkedin | Ematic Solutions - Facebook REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent with 2-3 years working experience in a Digital Marketing/E-commerce/CRM environment • Experienced in a digital marketing/ CRM/ E-commerce sales role in an online-focused B2B business. • Exposure to Martech tool/platforms is an added plus. • Good contacts at buying and decision-making level in the online-focused B2B/B2C business • A huster and a sales hunter - who believes and can stamp their foot in the market meeting new partners and clients to deliver the value and solutions of Ematic Solutions • Have a good understanding of the local market landscape and how to tackle it by making a change by introducing Ematic’s solutions + a good understanding of on what is the latest trend/interest from the local audience • You are good at building relationships with the ability to sustain that relationship for a long time • Have a strong ability to sell Ematic’s value proposition to the client in helping them maximize their ROI RESPONSIBILITIES • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations, and discussions • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships • Actively involved in managing deals from beginning to the end and work closely with internal teams from Partnerships, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Operations, Growth, and Marketing to deliver premium value and services to clients •Achieve monthly targets by identifying and developing a list of potential clients through business analysis and conversions. • Understand each prospective client’s challenges to advise or create a custom plan to resolve their problems. • Negotiate and communicate contract terms with clients to seal agreements. • Report on key information regarding market trends, customers, competitors, pricing, or any other industry information that may impact the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide onboarding support to new customers by following the established SOP’s • Timely execution of requests (Customer or technical) from the customer success team • Gather user feedback and needs and provide constructive suggestions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer service flow • Work with cross-functional team on ad-hoc projects for anything customer related • On-going daily support for existing customers focused on retention and growth
