This is a dynamic team that needs a dynamic, interactive designer specializing in conversion optimization. Resumes are helpful but, most importantly, please share your work and send your portfolio.
Major Responsibilities:
• Bring fresh, compelling design to projects encompassing ads, websites, headlines, etc.
• Creating new landing page designs, using A/B split testing to tweak existing landing pages.
• Create ad graphics for Facebook and other advertising platforms.
• Develop personalized content strategy to display different versions of our brand.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work cross-functionally with development team.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience and knowledge with conversion rate optimization and understanding the principles of lead generation and how to maximize conversions through design.
• Formal graphic design training, with a minimum of 2 years design experience
• Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Figma, Adobe CC Suite, especially Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop)
• Understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience with Hubspot CMS or the Hubspot CRM
• Experience with animation would be considered an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift between multiple projects and regularly.
