Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in solving daily technical problems in the warehouse
• Ensure all resources are available or sufficient in processing daily orders
• Supervise and ensure that the logistics, operator, and administrative teams carry out their respective roles appropriately
• Implementing best practices in warehouse operational management (example: improving the implementation of K3, implementing fraud prevention procedures, increasing employee work efficiency, etc.)
• Manage inbound and outbound goods and ensure delivery accuracy in accordance with applicable SLA
• Make regular reports and provide recommendations to solve warehouse operational problems

Requirements:

• Have 2-3 years experience in supply chain or logistics management
• In-depth understanding of the end to end supply chain or warehouse process
• Logical and systematic at work
• Have good leadership skills and can motivate the team to achieve targets
• Familiar with ERP/WMS system
• Proficient in operating excel spreadsheet
