We are seeking a qualified sales leader to help us grow from a Pre-Series A company to Series C. Our ideal candidate has experience leading a sales team to exponential revenue growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an VP of Sales with Collectly, you will:
Create and execute a strategic sales plan and strategy to expand our customer reach
Oversee the sales team to ensure quotas are met
Grow to over $20 million ARR
Recruit new members of the sales team
Train and monitor new and existing hires
Review pipeline and identify new opportunities
Help create new sales decks and materials for the team
Manage month-end close processes
Monitor the competitor market
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
3+ years in sales leadership, preferably in a high growth/ early-stage startup
Proven track record of success in sales
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies as well as employee motivation techniques
