VP Research and Development

At Zergo, our vision is to make fertility services more accessible, affordable, and convenient. We are looking for a VP Research and Development to help build and bring to market our first product; an at home invitro diagnostic device to help women achieve and monitor their pregnancy.

The VP Research and Development will work side by side with the founders and executive team to bring Zergo’s first product, an at home fertility platform, to life. They will be responsible for managing a small but growing team of engineers and scientists to take the product from prototype all the way to pilot scale production.

Zergo is looking for someone with founder level enthusiasm and drive to from a key pillar of the management team (the third musketeer, if you will!). Experience working with IVD instruments and managing development teams is required. The VP will also be expected to set up clinical trial scale manufacturing, either internally or through contract manufacturers.
