Handled B2C & B2B (HRMS, ERP, Fintech & others in the merchant super app). Previously in Zomato Indonesia & Mataharimall.com
Nitesh Chellaram (COO) - Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. Co-founded Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia. Drove 400% annual growth and recruited for over 150 companies. Worked closely with clients like OYO Rooms, Gojek, Zilingo, Tokopedia, BookMyShow, Indofood Group, etc). Previously handled family business that’s into the FMCG & Grocery space.
Responsibilities:
Be a core member of the founding team to build a scalable start-up from the ground up. Guide the founders in areas related to growth and expansion. Develop and execute plans to help the company acquire and retain customers, as well as upsell its products or services. This involves gathering input from customers and various internal departments, like analytics, operations, and marketing, and using this information to establish growth targets and choose key performance indicators.
Past experience in working with a quick commerce / grocery player would be a plus point.
