About the role
As part of the job, you will be responsible for:
- Full responsibility for the company's brand marketing efforts, reporting to the CEO.
- Elevating our brands from all creative directions - from working with designers to improve our websites and products to managing photoshoots and working with copywriters.
- Managing and building our creative team to produce innovative videos & images for our marketing campaigns, social media channels, and websites.
- Coming up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns and being responsible for executing them from start to finish.
- Analyze data and collaborate cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of our customer needs and build a positioning for the brand that builds trust and confidence.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in consumer marketing.
- Successful track record in scaling a direct-to-consumer brand. Proven success in creating compelling, customer-focused programs.
- Experience creating a brand identity and brand voice in collaboration with an external agency or internal creative director, driven by consumer insights research and testing.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
- Proven ability to build teams and develop others.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth consumer-facing company preferred.
- Personal passion for health and wellness topics preferred.
