Who are we and What we do
Join us on our mission to use ML to save humanity from drowning in paperwork. At Klarity (YC S18), we’re already saving thousands of hours for companies like Coupa, MongoDB and Okta that were previously spent on reading documents to extract data. We’re building a future where all documents are seamlessly turned into structured data that are fed into existing systems. In the last 6 months, we’ve more than 3xd our ARR and are on track to 5xing over the next 12 months.
Having just raised an $18m Series A led by Tola Capital, our #1 focus is building a phenomenal senior leadership team. If you are excited about a future where people don’t have to review documents, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Engineering Leader- someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment. You’ll spend your time designing, architecting and building product, mentoring your team, hiring, working with customers and strategically partnering with groups across the organization.
Your expertise will be pivotal in building a cutting-edge and high quality enterprise product that delights our customers. This is a critical position in the company and you’ll be reporting directly to the CTO/Co-founder and work closely with the rest of the leadership team. We are looking for someone with insane ambition who is up for the challenge of building a massive public company.

Working closely with Senior Leadership and customers in defining the product roadmap.
Ensuring our services function seamlessly, have minimal downtime, and recover quickly.
You are:
A passionate coach who is deeply invested in the success of those on your team.
A strong product thinker who obsesses about customer experience and works backwards from their needs.

Able to thrive in diverse domains (AI, finance & accounting) and take initiative in building new processes from scratch.
Highly self-aware and committed to personal development and learning.
An excellent technologist who is able to “Zoom in” and dive into the weeds or “Zoom out” to think big picture systems architecture.
Driven and determined to achieve results, while maintaining a strong sense of integrity.
Your experience :
10+ years' experience working in the engineering discipline.
5+ years experience managing people.
Extensive experience designing and shipping high quality enterprise SaaS products.
Multiple years’ experience building and running Engineering hiring pipelines.
