The VP of Hardware Engineering will lead teams of engineers in research, design, development, and commercialization of new products. As a founding member of the Hardware team you'll help drive innovation and build a world class engineering team. The products you will help bring to market will transform and disrupt industries.

The Role

• Leading Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Special Projects Group (SPG) team 
• Implementing advanced product development quality processes
• Driving technical execution across a full-stack electric vehicle platform (battery systems, power electronics, charging, chassis, and system integration)

Skills to be successful

• 8+ Years’ experience in leading electric vehicle related product development 
• Demonstrated execution on delivering real products at scale – not vaporware
• Ability to lead, mentor, manage a broad team of engineers
• Resource planning and communication

• Heavy-duty/off-highway vehicle electrification experience
