Overview

Delphia is seeking a motivated intern that is interested in learning more about how to do product discovery and research with a product team. If you are looking for an interesting challenge that puts to use some skills you are interested in honing for your career, then this internship is ideal. This will be especially relevant to those seeking careers in business development, product management or market research.

As a Delphia Intern you will

• Research and engage with interesting communities on Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Slack, Tiktok, Telegram, and Reddit • Help identify segments of people and prep recruitment process • Work closely with a team of product management and product design staff

Scope of Work

• Find communities online (or in real life) that match our evolving customer research • Collect, record and report on your findings through analysis, observation and engagement • Provide assistance with customer recruiting and interview/survey set-up • Assist with Data and Interview Analysis

What you Bring to the Table

• University or College degree • Experience with user or market research • Familiarity with community, social media, and outreach • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion. Transcription and Qualitative analysis tools like DoveTail are a plus
