This is the 0 to 1 phase of the company and you will be working on amazing and cutting edge technologies with peers from Silicon Valley who have built the likes of Revolut, Monzo, and other global category leading neo-banking solutions.
We are looking for a creative wizard who is passionate about design aesthetics and is a true artist. The ideal candidate has experience in creating mockups to present to the team, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure, and execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.
Here’s what will be in store for you at Zywa once you join as a User Interface/User Experience Designer
Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions for various platforms.
- Establish consistent brand and creative designs.
- Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books.
- Collect feedback from project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria.
- Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure.
- Take design briefs to understand requirements.
- Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
- Create a visualization of screens within a prototype framework.
- Develop and maintain documentation of style guidelines.
- Adjust UI designs as needed to continuously improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in arts, user experience, design or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of related projects.
- Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as Figma.
- Pays strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for esthetics.
- Strong passion for delighting users with an outstanding experience using design, color and psychological elements.
- A wonderful portfolio that you’re happy to present.
