Here is what our UI/UX Designer will do
•Develop design system for the product based on the company’s vision and style
•Develop low-fi/high-fi prototype as required for common understanding
•Collaborate closely with product owner, software engineers, and UI/UX designers in an agile setup from idea to launch
•Understand and conduct usability testing and user research
•Participating in user research, competitive product analysis, and data analysis
This is what we are looking for:
• BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), other relevant disciplines, or 2 years of equivalent practical experience
•Love and empathy for your customer
•Experience in designing for user experience and interface
•Experience in the user-centered design process, especially with iterative design
•Working knowledge in UI principles, heuristics, patterns, and technique
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders and/or clients
• Being committed to interdisciplinary collaboration and problem-solving
• Experience in design tools such as Figma, InVision, and/or Principle
• Appreciation of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Great communication skills and capable of explaining decisions
