Technical Support (Web Hosting) - Remote

IMPORTANT: Candidate must have experience with the Web Hosting industry + cPanel/WHM

ROJUG is looking for a Technical Support Agent who is familiar with the web hosting industry. You should have at least intermediate to advanced knowledge about Server Management, CLI/SSH, LAMP and cPanel/WHM as well as technical support and customer service experience.

This position allows you to work remotely. You will be handling customer support with helpdesk and live chat (no phone calls needed).
