What you'll do

Sourcing: help us find some of the most talented engineers and win them to join Fern. We pride ourselves on having a high bar for finding our next team members.

Interviewing: bring experience in full-stack development, that can help screen for technical ability in frontend, backend, and deployed engineering roles. Help us create a thoughtful and fun candidate experience from initial phone screen to work trial.

Hiring: own the process of converting top candidates into new team members. Work closely with the team to make final hiring decisions, craft compelling offers, and ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of people operations experience (e.g., recruitment, HR systems, etc.)
- (Bonus) You've worked in a high-growth SaaS company
