Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn and social media
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with Stakeholders/Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
• Manage and oversee the performance of Junior Recruiters
• Maintains and updates Recruitment reports on a timely basis
Your profile:
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Flexible in handling multiple roles across different Business Units within the organization
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Prior experience handling APAC/SEA Region is desirable
• Strong Project & People Management skills
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
