Seeking an adaptable and customer-focused Technical Program Manager to lead and manage technical projects in our dynamic startup environment. This role demands a proactive approach to project management, with a deep understanding of various methodologies and tools, along with the ability to facilitate development processes and coordinate across diverse teams. The ideal candidate should thrive in fast-paced settings and be comfortable working without extensive established processes.
A bit about you 🥇
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or substantial equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management in a software, preferably SaaS, or technology environment.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, and delivering despite cross-team dependencies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to do business analysis and communicate feedback to clients.
- Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Nice to Have:
- SAFe, IAPM, CSM or PMP certification or equivalent
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS technology environment
