What we're looking for
- Impeccable communication and writing skills. You'll be the trusted advisor and voice of the company to our most important customers.
- High IQ, high EQ. We want someone sharp enough to deeply understand our product, anticipate customer needs, and build our customer success function from scratch.
- Willingness to eat the shit. You'll run onboarding calls, build health scorecards, produce customer documentation, lead QBRs, handle escalations, and do whatever it takes to make our customers wildly successful.
- Technical aptitude. You'll need to understand SEO, our product deeply, and be able to speak credibly with technical stakeholders. Bonus if you have experience with APIs, integrations, or can read code.
