The Job
In this role, you will be leading a team of 5-10 members, overseeing the development and progress of the project. You will oversee testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure that proper documentation is maintained. You will continuously drive improvement and optimisation, to ensure that product is of the highest standards. You will investigate new technologies and engage in knowledge-sharing of industry trends and developments.
The Profile
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 5 years experience and at least 1 year as Team Lead.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
You possess strong knowledge of Node.js, React, Scratch, AngularJS and Javascript.
You have a good understanding of microservices architecture
Good knowledge of NOSQL Databases (eg. MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch) databases is required
You ideally have experience in AWS cloud.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
