The candidate we are looking for is resilient, well-grounded and collaborative. As a team coordinator, you will play an important role in facilitating daily operational work to ensure efficiency and organization within your team. help your team keep their day in order. You will be supporting the team in matters like corporate calendar management, scheduling of meetings, handling of travel arrangements, processing of invoices and other ah-hoc projects.
The day-to-day activities:
• You will help to update and maintain data on Workday(our Applicant Tracking System) and advise potential hires on the selection process when required
• You will provide general administrative support such as booking of meeting venues, travel coordination and expense claims for the various online function heads
• You will be the primary source of support for the team in areas not limited to onboarding, organizing of team events, and other ad hoc projects,
• You will support functional head(s) with executive assistant duties including calendar management, visa administration and travel coordination
The must-haves:
• You have Heart, Humility, Hunger, Honour
• You have at least three years of administrative working experience
• You have experience with managing stakeholder relations with excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• You are able to communicate effectively and maneuver through bottleneck situations independently
• Good command in Microsoft Office/Gsuite skills
