The Job
You will be responsible for :
Being lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your streamers/talents
Communicating details and answering talent queries/concerns
Ensuring contracts get approved & signed and distributing copies to the appropriate in-house personnel.
Assisting with high severity requests and issue escalations
Ensuring timely and successfully delivery of the streams
Maintaining master calendar and database for quick referral and retrieval
Conducting recruitment for talents and analysing headshots, audition tapes to recommend the right people for roles available
Ensuring needs such as food, transportation, security,. costumes, accommodations etc for talent are met.
The Profile
You have a degree with at least 3 years experience as a Talent Manager, Production, Entertainment or other relevant experience
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
You are patient and calm with ability to solve problems under pressure.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
